Carina A. del Rosario is a cultural worker, using visual art, writing and education to build community. She is a teaching artist and helps youth use visual arts to explore their communities, advocate for what matters for them, and express their own experiences. She is a faculty member of the Washington State Teaching Artists Training Lab and Arts Corps. She is also a member of Seattle Public School’s Antiracist Arts Education Task Force that developed The Roots Framework for Culturally Relevant & Antiracist Arts Education. She has taught youth and adults through numerous programs, including Seattle Art Museum, Photographic Center Northwest, Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience, the National Guild for Community Arts Education, national Arts Education Partnership, Korean Arts and Culture Education Services, among others.
